For the very first time, North Star Community Services is offering a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Apprenticeship program!  If you are looking for a path to a new profession and an in-demand career, then we have what you are looking for!  This isn't just a job, it is a rewarding career, where you have the satisfaction of knowing you are making a difference in someone's life every day!

You will receive on-the-job training by a mentor and incremental pay increases as you learn.  You will earn credentials and finish the program with a nationally-recognized certificate of completion.
